Just because you can
I've got to admit I was a bit disappointed. Having done a mini sports trip seeing the Sharks Saturday, the Kings Sunday and then the Warriors Monday. The Warriors definitely want you to pay for their success. The first surprise was the $40 for Parking. The Kings charged $10 and the Sharks $25. Granted if you pay early you do get it for $30, but you have to do this 4hrs before the game. I got the email telling me this 3hrs before the game. The second surprise was the cost of food and drink. Which is slightly more than the other venues, but you don't get as much. At the warriors you can only buy small bottles of Coke where for a bit less you get a large Cup at the other venues. The final disappointment was the seat. Though in fairness it did say the seat would have restricted view this did turn out to be worse than expected. It also wasn't helped by people standing at the railings further down restricting even more of the view. I think restricted view seats should be sold at a reduced price. Even if it was just $5 cheaper it would at least show that the team/venue appreciate that you aren't getting the same viewing experience as other seats for the same price.
